Finance and Accounting Manager - CPA

TL AISA : Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

Minimum of 2 years experience in finance and accounting management.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to analyze complex financial data.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities :

Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities.

Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

Oversee internal and external audits.

Monitor cash flow and financial performance.

Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning.

Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
