This is a remote position.

Schedule :     Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM Eastern Time with 1 hour unpaid paid (9 hours a day | 45 hours a week).

Overview :

We are urgently looking for an experienced Medical Scribe to support our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to accurately document medical encounters in real-time.

Responsibilities :

Accurately document patient encounters and medical histories

Prepare and update electronic health records (EHR)

Assist providers with administrative and documentation tasks

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards

Maintain organized and timely records of all documentation

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a medical scribe or similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent typing speed and attention to detail

Familiarity with medical terminology and EHR systems

Reliable internet connection and computer
