We’re looking for a meticulous and tech-capable Medical Live Scribe to support our eye care specialists during patient consultations. You will play a vital role in documenting encounters in real time, helping optimize clinical workflow and ensure accurate medical records. Ideal candidates should be fluent in using a Windows-operated PC , preferably with large storage capacity to manage extensive files, templates, and clinical data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend patient consultations virtually or in-person to transcribe interactions with ophthalmologists and optometrists
- Input notes into EHR systems using Windows-based software while observing HIPAA compliance
- Manage and organize large volumes of medical files securely on a personal PC
- Flag and clarify inconsistencies in visual exam documentation and diagnostic data
- Maintain templates for eye exams, surgical consultations, and follow-ups
- Assist providers by streamlining administrative and documentation duties
Technical Requirements :
Own a Windows-operated PC (Windows 10 or above) with high-capacity storage for handling large datasets and medical recordsProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote) for documentation and file trackingAbility to navigate EHR platforms (e.g., Compulink, RevolutionEHR, or similar eye-care systems)Secure internet connectivity for remote sessions if applicableQualifications & Skills :
