BIM Operator (MEP) - Design (47796) - Quezon City

Salary : 20,000 - 38,000

Required Experience :

Bachelor of Science in Engineering graduate.

With 3+ software experience with BIM modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD 2012 MEP, AutoCAD Suite, NavisWorks)

2D drawings and 3D BIM models experience.

Have experience working in the Construction and Engineering Industry.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

Good knowledge and understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.

Job Description :

Prepare CSD in CAD and BIM (Combined Services Drawing) for coordination of all the services to avoid clashes.

Prepare Clash Detection Report for presentation via Naviswork Manage / Revit 3D view / CAD and resolve all clash detection between systems and other trades.

Coordinate with the Designer’s Modeler and BIM Coordinator with other JV departments.

Manage to make adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as required by the site.

Review and check the accuracy of drawings prior to issuance for construction drawings.

Create, coordinate, and develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models.

Strong knowledge in using BIM modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD 2012 MEP, AutoCAD Suite, NavisWorks).

Ensure the quality of models as described in the BIM execution plan.

Assist the BIM team in meeting with the Designer.

Prepare clash detection reports and resolve clashes under the instruction of the BIM Manager.

Run interference detection to detect design clashes to assist the project team with coordination processes.
