Integrated Service Master Planning Head for BB and B2B

Job Description

Responsible for developing NTG’s 3-year integrated service master plan, specifically for BB and B2B services, aimed at delivering a network capable of meeting current and future business and customer needs.

This involves strategic planning towards a scalable, resilient, secure, sustainable, and efficient network. The role includes collaborating with executives, service owners, and key stakeholders to align network plans with business objectives, managing end-to-end CAPEX prioritization and benefits realization, risk management, and developing end-to-end network architecture that aligns with IT and product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and collaborate with Service Owners, Chapters, and Territories to develop an integrated master plan for Broadband and B2B services.
• Ensure alignment of the Master Plan with Globe’s strategies and objectives, such as customer experience, revenue, and EBIT, by working with executives and stakeholders.
• Secure approval and communicate the master plan, including changes, benefits, and risks, to stakeholders.
• Manage CAPEX at NTG level, including prioritization, forecasting, and strategic reallocations.
• Develop and enhance the end-to-end network architecture to support future growth, cost-efficiency, resilience, security, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory standards, supporting innovations and emerging technologies.
