Job descriptionBuild and lead a new AP service delivery team. Drive operational excellence and customer service. Support rollout of new initiatives (e.g., invoice automation). Launch Business Reviews for new markets. Lead AP operations for 5 countries; manage AP executives delivering end-to-end AP processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes. Meet AP SLA / KPI targets; present performance results in governance forums. Provide inputs for process-related investments and implementations. Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls. Manage AP service delivery team (captive and outsourced). Maintain process documentation; drive standardization across the region. Liaise with Delivery Hero regional teams on policies and procedures. Assist in solving finance operation issues; serve as AP process contact. Support audits; work with Transformation & Innovation to drive process IT enablers. Basic Qualifications : University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or equivalent. 5+ years of relevant accounting and AP experience; degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance preferred. Experience with SLA / KPIs and stakeholder management. Experience managing captive teams or outsourced providers (10 FTEs). Second Asian language (e.g., Thai, Burmese, Lao) preferred. Experience in a multinational with complex regional environments. Strong communication, influencing and action-driving abilities. Process-oriented with financial and operational control understanding. Strong analytical skills; ability to anticipate impacts. Proficient with CRM, SAP (ERP), inventory systems; SQL / Tableau preferred; familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA). Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Graduate of any four-year college degree. At least 1 year of work experience as a service advisor / fleet management staff. Good moral character with no derogatory record. Report and document repair tickets, inventory reports, pull tickets, work orders, etc. Receive and inspect vehicles submitted for servicing. Communicate activity schedules to concerned parties. Prepare and submit materials for maintenance; ensure availability of parts and supplies. Communicate driver acceptance testing within prescribed period. Ensure tools, equipment and consumables are organized and in good condition; perform physical counts. Ensure materials issued are in good working condition. Other duties as assigned. Graduates of a 4- or 5-year course in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Computer) or completed related degree / course. Good communication skills (oral and written); personable, flexible, resourceful, industrious. Good IT skills; willing to do field work and travel; driving a motorcycle / vehicle is a plus. Willing to work Monday–Saturday; healthy lifestyle; can start immediately; fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
