Head of Corporate Development

We are hiring on behalf of a company who seeks analytically strong Head of Corporate Development to drive the next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone with a background in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking who wants to help shape the future of sustainable science.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and lead corporate growth opportunities including capital raising, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research, build business cases, and drive investment or M&A execution.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring efforts.
• Develop investor materials and represent in fundraising, roadshows, and negotiations.
• Work closely with founders on long-term planning and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain competitive intelligence on industry trends in the company products.
