Key Responsibilities & Tasks

The Project Senior Consultant  - is responsible for

• The management of the complete lifecycle of a project drives the outcomes of the project as defined in the relevant contractual documents, per the agreed delivery methodology and relevant standards.
• Be responsible for driving the clean core on BTP, innovation adoption and business transformation at scale for customer
• Analyzes stakeholder as-is situation with high level of complexity, and can propose and recommend improvement options
• Possesses a deep understanding of goals, key performance indicators and processes for the service delivery organization
• Leads the execution of action plans for the resolution of stakeholder needs Business Support
• Establishes trusted relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Drives active cross-functional partnerships and frameworks to enable efficient execution (across the service delivery organization and beyond)
• Coordinates the activities of others, leads internal initiatives or programs
• Proposes process and / or tool innovations or updates to continuously improve the organizations operations
• Acts as a key contact for the business and trusted advisor on the assigned area of responsibility
• Supports development, alignment and execution of organizational strategy Continuous Improvement
• Leverages existing channels to provide input to the SAP organization to optimize internal and external offerings
• Provides feedback to processes and highlights improvement potential for SAP engagements
• Leads or champions the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of delivery and customer experience
• Performs project reviews and reinforces the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned

Experience & Educational Requirements  This position has a high level of responsibility and exposure within SAP, the industry, and our market leading customer. Thus, a senior professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen is needed for this challenging role.
