Job description
Swak BPO Corp. is one of the fastest-growing BPO centers in Clark Freeport Zone. We pride ourselves on doing great work for customers with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we seek to hire an Accounting Representative (Entry-Level) to join our growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review requested expenses and process payments through various payment methods, including checks, ACH, and credit cards
- Create payment applications and process payments timely
- Identify and make calls on customer services collection issues
- Report on aged Accounts receivable and payment collection status
- Record bank deposits
- Prepare customer invoices and credit batches
- Identify past due invoices and collect from vendors' customers with a follow-up process
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in the Accounting or Finance field
- Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience processing in a professional Accounting or Finance-related position for at least 1 year
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to handle complex tasks
