Responsibilities : Seek out and establish strategic alliances that support the company’s goals and market expansion efforts. Lead negotiations to finalize partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with partners to ensure successful collaboration and address any arising issues. Work with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives. Track and report on the performance of strategic alliances, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes. ​Required Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in insurance or financial services Strong understanding of the Philippine insurance market and regulatory environment Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills Proven track record in meeting revenue targets Strong analytical and reporting capabilitiesAdditional Notes : This position will be working with general insurance company operating in Southeast Asia.
