Job descriptionExpenses approve by Area Manager Meet your Sales Target (Monthly) Update Social Media post Make sure that inbound and outbound inventory is accurate. Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation. Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise. Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts. Maintain good customer service Maintain branch cleanliness and organization Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance. Develop store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Yearly renewal of all required permits of the branch Ensure all expenses and utilities payables are paid on time Make sure to follow operating hours of the branch Ensure cash deposits Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Recap memo implementation report. Submit fortnight report, monthly report, and mancom report. Salary Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month Benefits Paid training 8 hour shift 13th month salary Education Bachelor's (preferred) Experience Management : 1 year (preferred) Language English (preferred)

- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and a clean store environment.
- Prepare payroll for staff.
- Sales report (Daily).
