The Outbound Logistics Dispatcher, who reports directly to the Outbound Logistics Supervisor, will be part of the team that will handle the timely and cost-effective pick-ups and deliveries related to the distribution of goods to the designated customers.
This includes process of orders and oversee cycle of order fulfillment.
You will also be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of delivery of all orders
Secure documents (COMI, DR, SPS and other special instruction) availability prior dispatch of truck
Print Route plan to be provided to truckers
Received transmittal of signed documents from deliveries
5Ensure incident report and claim are validated and checked
Assists the Inbound Logistics Management Supervisor in implementing and updating Inbound Logistics management policies
Assists the supervisor in drafting process-improvement policies to be implemented within the team and across the Company.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
