Position : Mandarin Admin Assistant
Industry : Spa and Lifestyle Club
Location : Pasay City
Schedule : Dayshift Schedule - Mon-Sat (8hrs a day)
Salary : Negotiable
Responsibilities :
Provides HR & Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Assist in administrative duties such as monitoring drivers, maintenance staff and housekeeper.
Monitoring of utility payment and process move in & out of the employees.
Monitoring of employee meal (Track and Order)
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies
Arrange cars and drivers for staff
Act as a Liaison officer with the suppliers and service provider
- Assist in managing the administrative requirements for the repair and maintenance of office and equipment;
Draft Memorandums and Announcements
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Assist in maintaining / recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing.
Have analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer literate.
