Job description

IT Staff - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Qualifications
Graduate of 4-year IT-related courses
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, with experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Server, Network, and System
Highly trainable
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Resolving network issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
Documentation and site preparation
Support all technicalities of the site
Do clerical and administrative duties
Do things assigned from time to time

Technical Interview with Hiring Managers

Schedule :

8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types :

13th month salary
