Processing, analyzing and reporting of financial transactions and information.
Assisting with budgeting processes and preparing various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
o Maintain and ensure working files are updated and correct
o Prepare and post accurate journal entries
o Assist / Prepare with Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Group reporting packs in accordance with Accounting Standards and Group reporting instructions
o Coordinate and provide Auditors the necessary supporting documents
o Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and investigate differences
o Translate and consolidate European Markets branches financial result
o Assist with monthly / quarterly adhoc requirements pertaining to the preparations of necessary items in the financial statements and closing of books
o Assist with special investigations / projects concerning a wide-range of commercial accounting issues as required
o Accuracy and timeliness of closing of Accounting books, journal entries and reconciliations
o Timeliness in providing feedbacks / resolution
o Accuracy of journal entries and reports
o Ensure to meet service level agreements
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge
o Broad knowledge General Accounting
o Sound technical understanding of spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation procedures
o Problem solving skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Proficiency in MS tools; Oracle
o Analytical Skills
o Keen to details
Experience
o Must not have any active CAs or under PIP
o Minimum of 12 months in the current process
o Must have at least Stretching in the latest
rating
o At least 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in General Accounting
o Accounting graduate, preferably CPA
o College graduate with a relevant degree
