As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure appointments or interest from prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate interest.
- Utilize a provided script while maintaining a conversational tone to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to highlight relevant service benefits.
- Document and track interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns during calls.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve telemarketing techniques and outcomes.
