Job descriptionJOB DESCRIPTION POSITION : OPERATIONS BELLMAN DEPARTMENT : OPERATIONS RANK & LEVEL : ASSOCIATE DIVISION : ROOMS JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to greet and welcome all guests to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival.
Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.
Complete assigned tasks and assist coworkers in the completion of their tasks.
Adheres to SOLID core values, healthy working environment, security and safety guidelines, sanitation regulations, and to the company's policies and standards.
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets all the comfort requirements of the hotel guests.
- Checks the daily arrival list of VIPs or guests with special needs.
- To be present at the concierge / reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors when requested.
- Ensure collections and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
- Tag baggage's it and return the identification slips or luggage tag.
- Assist guests with luggage at the front desk.
- Escort guests to room, placing luggage in the room assigned by the front desk.
- Inspects guest room for order and adequate supplies and informs guests of room amenities.
- Delivers faxes, messages, packages, and flowers to guests' rooms and other offices.
- Provides items on loan to guests and collects the items back from guests before departure.
- Maintains a positive conversation with the guests.
- Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage.
- Ensure that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for.
- Ensure safe storage and collect ticketing of guest coats and personal items.
- Assist guests with long-term luggage storage requests / left luggage requests.
- Update and file the left luggage request form / long-term luggage endorsement book.
- Update and file errand cards.
- Forwards or report all guest complaints, problems, or incidents to the Supervisor.
- Proper handover of luggage endorsement to the next shift.

- Performs other related tasks that the immediate superior would find necessary for the improvement of the stewarding services.
- Salary
- Php352.00 per day
- 8 hour shift
- General Santos City, South Cotabato : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
