Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to support our design team in delivering exceptional residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Support : Assist lead designers in developing design concepts, selecting materials and fixtures, and creating presentations for clients.
• Project Coordination : Help manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Client Interaction : Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and assist in translating client needs into design solutions.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design books, CAD drawings, and specifications.
• Vendor Relations : Maintain relationships with vendors, coordinate orders, track deliveries, and ensure quality control of purchased items.
• Administrative Tasks : Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing the design library.
