We are looking for a Facilities Manager who thrives on building things properly and running them exceptionally well.
This is a leadership position responsible for opening new sites from the ground up and ensuring every existing office operates at a consistently high standard.
You will own expansion planning, procurement, logistics, facilities operations, and team leadership across multiple locations. Every Staff Domain office should feel professional, organised, compliant, and visitor-ready at all times. This role makes that happen.
What You'll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who:
New Site Expansion & Setup
You will lead the full lifecycle of new office openings, from early planning through to operational handover.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of new sites from planning to go-live
- Oversee build-outs, furniture sourcing, IT readiness, and operational setup
- Manage permits, licences, and regulatory approvals
- Develop structured expansion playbooks to support future growth
Procurement & Logistics
You will manage international sourcing, primarily from China, and ensure smooth, cost-effective delivery into our locations.
- Coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local partners
- Oversee customs clearance, duties, and shipment timelines
- Mitigate risk across international supply chains
- Maintain approved vendor lists and procurement standards
Facilities Operations & Show-Ready Standards
Every site must be consistently clean, organised, professional, and compliant. You will:
- Establish and enforce clear “show-ready” standards
- Conduct regular inspections and readiness checks
- Ensure corrective actions are completed, not just noted
- Maintain facilities that are always ready for client visits, audits, and leadership walk-throughs
People Leadership
You will directly manage facilities staff across locations, both on-site and remote. We are looking for a leader who sets standards and follows through.
- Set expectations, schedules, and accountability
- Train teams on procedures and escalation protocols
- Coordinate coverage for daily operations and events
- Partner with HR on hiring, performance, and development
Vendor & Service Management
You will oversee all facilities-related vendors, including cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts
- Monitor SLAs and address service issues
- Track performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure cost-effective service delivery without compromising standards
Requirements
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone with:
- 5 to 7+ years’ experience in facilities management, site expansion, or multi-site operations
- Proven experience managing facilities teams
- Strong background in international procurement and logistics
- Experience managing permits, regulatory compliance, and vendor contracts
- Experience in BPO, shared services, or multi-location environments is highly regarded
