Job Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Admin to join our team and assist with various Amazon-related tasks. This role will involve managing Amazon listings, handling customer service messages, assisting with FBA shipments, running reports, and resolving open cases. The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly familiar with navigating Amazon's platform and can efficiently manage multiple tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Amazon Listings Creation : Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
Solution Finder : Resolve issues related to listings, inventory, or customer concerns to keep operations running smoothly.
Amazon Messages : Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through Amazon messaging.
Amazon FBA Shipments : Manage FBA shipment creation, tracking, and resolution of shipment-related issues.
Amazon Reporting : Generate and analyze Amazon reports to track performance, sales, and inventory levels.
Amazon Open Cases : Monitor and resolve any open cases, ensuring timely resolutions.
Requirements
Job Requirements :
Proficiency in Amazon's platform : Must be familiar with navigating Amazon Seller Central, including listings, FBA, and reporting.
Customer Service Experience : Comfortable responding to Amazon customer service messages and resolving issues.
Technical Skills : Experience with Excel for reporting and data management. Knowledge of Teams for communication.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to listings, FBA shipments, and open cases efficiently.
Attention to Detail : Accuracy in listings, shipments, and reporting is crucial for success.

Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST
