Role Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients for Boomering through structured outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
This role supports the company’s growth by generating qualified leads, initiating outreach conversations, and booking discovery meetings for the sales and business development teams.
The Lead Generation Specialist works closely with the Head of Lead Generation to execute lead generation campaigns, maintain accurate prospect data, and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospect Research & Lead Identification
Identify potential client companies that align with Boomering’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
Research target organizations, decision-makers, and relevant stakeholders within industries that are likely to outsource services.
Build and maintain structured prospect lists using various research tools and databases.
2. Outbound Prospecting
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels including:
LinkedIn outreach
Email campaigns
Cold outreach messaging
CRM-based prospecting
Industry directories and databases
Referrals and warm introductions
Initiate conversations with potential clients and introduce Boomering’s services.
3. Lead Qualification
Engage prospects to determine interest, needs, and potential fit for Boomering’s outsourcing solutions.
Qualify leads based on criteria such as:
Company size
Industry relevance
Hiring or outsourcing needs
Budget potential
Decision-making authority
Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development or Sales team.
4. CRM Management
Maintain accurate prospect and lead information in the CRM system.
Track outreach activities, conversations, and lead status.
Ensure proper documentation of interactions and follow-up schedules.
5. Campaign Execution
Support the execution of lead generation campaigns developed by the Head of Lead Generation.
Participate in outbound initiatives including:
• Industry targeting campaigns
• Event follow-ups
• Strategic outreach initiatives
• Market-specific prospecting
• Continuously test messaging approaches to improve engagement rates.
6. Data Tracking & Reporting
Track personal performance metrics including:
Outreach activities completed
Response rates
Meetings booked
Qualified leads generated
Provide regular updates and feedback to improve outreach effectiveness.
7. Market Awareness
Stay informed about outsourcing trends, industry developments, and target market opportunities.
Share insights and potential opportunities with the Head of Lead Generation.
Qualifications
Experience (1 to 3 years of experience) in:
• Lead generation
• Sales development
• Business development
• Outbound prospecting
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
Familiarity with tools such as:
• CRM systems
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Email outreach platforms
• Lead databases and research tools
