About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to lead our scheduling function and support team. This is a key position within the business where you'll have the opportunity to influence daily operations, improve systems and help drive exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting our Service Support & Administration team.
• Coordinating a team of plumbers and apprentices across Melbourne.
• Managing daily scheduling, emergency works and priority jobs.
• Liaising with property managers, owners corporations, commercial clients and homeowners.
• Monitoring job progress and reallocating resources throughout the day.
• Supporting workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to job completion.
• Working closely with the Directors to continually improve service delivery and business performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in service coordination or scheduling (trade or maintenance industry highly regarded).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience using scheduling software (AroFlo experience highly regarded).
• A positive attitude with a genuine desire to lead and improve processes.
