Brand Officer (Retail)
Makati City | Onsite | Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Officer to support the development and execution of brand strategies within a retail environment. This role will focus on strengthening brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and sales
Ensure consistent brand messaging across stores, marketing materials, and digital platforms
Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities
Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activations
Oversee visual merchandising alignment with brand guidelines
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers
Track and report on campaign performance and brand metrics
Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are properly implemented

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2–4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or retail-related roles
Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer brands is highly preferred
Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behavior
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
Willing to travel for store visits and activations
