Creating images and content for social media posts
Uploading them after approval to our ContentCal Social media posting platform
Management of comments / reviews
Management of new followers.
Research, Qualification and Adding them to our CRM to ensure follow up by the sales team
Website management
This part includes the management of a Google Sheet of product information which is to be updated for new and existing products, some tasks include,
Updating product descriptions to ensure consistency of layout / text / font across the site.
Updating product data sheets / Technical specifications
Updating videos / also uploading and management of these in YouTube channel
Uploading Product images (editing the image as required)
Creating related products for all products on website
Updating related product codes for the product
Creating and uploading Blogs and content - once every couple of months
New product banners as required
Liaising with Web Development company about other changes that we are unable to make as it's on Web Ninja Ecommerce platform not all access and permissions we are able to work with.
Reporting off results / web traffic / hotjar mapping to know what buttons and changes need to be made to the structure of it to get better results
Some content creating requirements for SEO will be required
Keyword research may also be required
Updating status of products when on promotion / sale / new products to ensure they show as a flagged product online
Setup of new customer accounts and notifying customers of the login requirements for their new account will also be required.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Skills / Attributes required
Previous experience of at least 1 year managing a company social media page
Experience with and competent in working with EXCEL / CODING / HTML
Experience with PARDOT or any other marketing automation tool (good to have)
Experience in Graphic Design is desirable
Able to create customer Journeys with Salesforce or Pardot (good to have)
graphic design ability / actually done graphic work in the past - and would like to see work examples of the graphic work they've done
ability with website development
ability with google ads / actually had experience in this
