What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, client coordination, and closing offers

Conduct strategic headhunting for niche and high-impact roles

Manage pipelines for multiple roles in the US, UK and EMEA markets

Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to deliver top-tier candidates

Meet performance targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of agency headhunting experience

At least 4 years of recruitment for US and / or UK roles

Strong command of English (spoken and written)

Bachelor’s degree —preferably from top universities or reputable state colleges (Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or related fields preferred)

Proven success in filling roles in engineering, tech, manufacturing, and healthcare

Tech-savvy, organized, and metrics-driven

A go-getter attitude—ready to grind, take initiative, and “roll up your sleeves”
