⏰ Work Mode: Flexible (Office & Remote)
💼 Role: US Non-IT Recruiter
🎯 Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards (CB, Monster, Indeed), social media, and networking
📞 Conduct outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
📊 Review resumes and pre-screen candidates for a variety of light industrial and non-IT roles
🤝 Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
🧩 Manage full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to offer and onboarding
🔍 Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
📈 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
📜 Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
🌐 Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
You will recruit for a variety of light industrial and non-IT positions, including:
✔️ At least 1 year of US recruitment experience (non-IT preferred)
✔️ Experience recruiting for light industrial or manufacturing roles is a plus
✔️ Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment best practices
✔️ Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ High level of professionalism and integrity
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
