Solver is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across Solver’s digital channels. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution - requiring strong storytelling skills, design sensibility, SEO / AEO expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Unlike purely editorial or agency-based content roles, this position emphasizes end-to-end content ownership , from strategy and creation to optimization, performance tracking, and continuous improvement, making it ideal for marketers who thrive in both creative and data-driven environments.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
  • Create high-quality content across multiple formats including blog posts, infographics, videos, eBooks, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social posts.
  • Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business goals into compelling content and assets.

Social Media Management

  • Own and execute Solver’s social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and analyze social content to drive engagement and audience growth.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for increased brand visibility.
  • Engage with audiences through thoughtful community management and timely responses.

    • SEO / AEO & Content Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research to guide blog, landing page, and campaign content strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO / AEO best practices including meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, and schema mark-up for LLMs.
  • Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, LLM traffic, and content performance metrics.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to align organic content with paid and demand-generation efforts.

    • Design, Tools & Performance Tracking

  • Use Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) to produce high-quality visual and video assets.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to Solver’s brand guidelines and are optimized for each digital channel.
  • Measure and report on content performance including traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Use insights from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and HubSpot to refine strategy and improve results.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing SEO / AEO-driven content strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot), analytics tools, and social scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
