Job Summary :

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance / Accounting Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.
• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Assist in tax filings and compliance with regulatory financial requirements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Handle data entry and maintain accounting databases.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Work Environment :
• Office-based role with standard working hours.
• May require occasional extended hours during financial reporting periods.
