Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate the team : Provide direction, inspire a positive work environment, and foster open communication.
• Set goals and delegate tasks : Define team goals, connect the work to the organization's objectives, and assign responsibilities based on team members' skills and expertise.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback : Track team progress using key metrics, conduct performance evaluations, and offer constructive feedback and coaching to improve skill sets.
• Manage operations and resources : Oversee daily workflows, manage project progress, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to deadlines and company goals.
