Sales Manager – BPO Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Location : NCR

Shift : Night Shift | Work from Home

Salary : PHP 80,000–95,000 (depending on experience and last pay)

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in BPO sales, with a strong focus on client acquisition

Proven ability to build and lead sales or lead generation teams

Solid understanding of BPO services, processes, and client needs

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales management
