Job descriptionThis is more than bookkeeping—it’s financial storytelling. You’ll manage month-end, own reporting, keep us compliant, and help senior leaders make smart, strategic decisions. Run full month-end accounting processes. Reconcile accounts and keep financials squeaky clean. Maintain Xero and supporting systems. Prepare reports that actually get read. Manage ATO / BAS, payroll, and super obligations. Collaborate on audits and improve our processes. You’re thorough but efficient. A planner who’s not afraid to pivot. You ask great questions and get the details right without losing sight of the big picture. 3+ years’ experience in Australian accounting. You’ve used Xero daily and deeply. You know your way around BAS, PAYG, and super. Bonus : You’ve worked with distributed teams. You want to work somewhere you’re trusted. Where emojis are welcome, questions are encouraged, and everyone is learning (and laughing) as they go. Make messy accounts beautiful. Spot patterns before anyone else. Help the business grow without dropping the ball. Be the financial grown-up in the (Zoom) room. On-time, accurate month-end closes. Reliable, audit-ready reports. Your ability to make finance less scary for non-finance folks. Collaboration, not perfectionism. Fully onsite work (Eastwood, QC). Day shift (will follow AU Hours). PHP 3,000.00 Monthly Transportation Allowance.
