Job Description

Oversee the company's overall tax strategy and planning in the Philippines

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and international tax regulations

Lead tax audits and resolve tax-related issues with authorities

Work closely with finance, legal, and external advisors to optimize tax efficiency

Provide strategic tax advisory for business expansion and investments

CPA or legal qualification is a MUST

Minimum 10 years of relevant tax experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws and international taxation

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Experience in a multinational company or Big 4 firm is a plus
