Accounts Payable Associate (Open to Fresh Grad)

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform basic accounting functions
• Book Invoices from Suppliers using the AP system
• Maintain the Invoice list of clients for approval
• Export Invoices from the AP system
• Analyze and maintain Accounts Payable Aging Report
• Reconcile Vendor Statements
• Process Client Employees' Payroll using various third party payroll system
• Generate Payroll Reports and Reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Perform other accounting duties and support lower level accountants as required or assigned
• Provide input into department’s goal setting process
• Complete special projects as necessary
• Must be able to multitask and work on several clients in each given day
