Accounting Senior Supervisor (47563) - Hermosa, Bataan

Salary : 50,000 - 80,000

Schedule :

Monday to Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Required Experience :

・Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy.

・Preferably a CPA holder.

・With Manufacturing company experience.

・With Supervisory / Managerial experience.

・Strong attention to details and accuracy.

・Sound knowledge in management / cost accounting and general accounting with strong analytical skills.

・With PEZA company experience is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

・Drafting business plans

・Management / understanding of actual results

・Analysis of plans and results

・Reporting to management and other departments

・Proposals based on analysis to management and other departments

・Check the draft documents

・Make any improvements deemed necessary in accounting processes, principles, methods, and controls to enhance the performance and productivity of the Group

・In order to strengthen the organizational capabilities, provide appropriate guidance to subordinates and encourage their growth.
