What the role will entail

• Generation and maintenance of business to achieve sales targets
• Sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products / services / investment opportunities to the individual
• Building an information database on existing high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling efforts
• Conducting highly professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients to identify suitable financial and investment products and services for them to achieve their personal financial and investment objectives
• Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analyses on local equities, bonds, and other investment instruments through market specialists; conduct follow-up calls / visits to assist them in their investment decisions
• Provide professional service to achieve customer satisfaction and retention
