Position Summary
The Part-Time NetSuite Functional Consultant role is hands-on and collaborative, requiring strong understanding of NetSuites capabilities and a proactive approach to solving problems and implementing improvements. The role will support the businesss use of NetSuite through the following areas :
Key Responsibilities
Create, customize, and optimize adhoc saved searches and reports to meet the needs of users across finance, operations, and sales teams.
Support data imports and exports using CSV imports and other tools to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Train new basic users and provide ongoing support to ensure proper use of NetSuite functionality across departments.
Test new features and system upgrades, report issues, and update internal user guides and process documentation accordingly.
Investigate and resolve user issues, working collaboratively with the system administrator and NetSuite technical consultant when needed.
Assist external NetSuite Consultants and business in onboarding acquired entities into the NetSuite environment..
Identify opportunities for better utilization of NetSuite features and recommend solutions to streamline business processes.
Liaise with internal teams and external NetSuite consultants to ensure system stability and continued improvement.
