Job descriptionServe as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle Manage project timelines, resources, and client communications Identify risks and proactively resolve project roadblocks Track milestones, deliverables, and maintain documentation Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client pain points and propose tailored NetSuite solutions Conduct product demonstrations and respond to RFPs / RFIs Assist in scoping, pricing, and proposal creation Represent the company in client meetings as a subject matter expert 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant Strong experience in NetSuite implementation, preferably with Project Management or NetSuite project / lifecycle management modules 2+ years of experience in project management (PMP or similar certification a plus) Exposure to pre-sales or client-facing solutioning Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Executive teams
About the Role :
We are looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementing projects particularly Project Management Module and has experience with Pre-Sales to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge client requirements with effective NetSuite solutions, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and support business development through solutioning and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Consulting & Implementation
- Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis with clients
- Configure NetSuite modules based on client needs (Finance, Projects Management, CRM, etc.)
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure successful go-live
