Overview
The Group Manager, Information Systems Audit directs, leads, and manages information systems and technology-related audits across Aboitiz Foods, including its operations and governance. This role provides reasonable assurance on the effectiveness and efficiency of controls, governance, and risk management processes across business units, subsidiaries, and affiliates, applying applicable industry standards. It partners with Strategic Business Units (SBU) to enhance current business performance and future competitiveness. The position promotes a culture of strong IT governance, risk management, and compliance and is responsible for preparing and implementing a risk-based IT audit and process improvement plan.
Responsibilities
- Direct, lead, and manage information systems and technology-related audits across Aboitiz Foods and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with governance, risk management, and control objectives.
- Provide assurance on the effectiveness and efficiency of IT controls, governance, and risk management processes.
- Develop and implement a risk-based IT audit plan and corresponding process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Strategic Business Units (SBU) to improve business performance and future competitiveness.
- Promote a culture of strong IT governance, risk management, and compliance throughout the organization.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, including communication with executives, budget management, and people leadership related to IT audit activities.
Qualifications
Education : A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, finance, or related fields is required.Experience : Seven (7) years of IT-related experience, including at least 5 years in IT audit and three (3) years in a managerial or leadership role. Must have experience with stakeholder management up to the executive level, budget management, and people leadership.Technical knowledge : Familiarity with auditing server, platform, database, and endpoint technologies (e.g., Windows Server, SQL Server, Unix / Linux, SAP). Advanced knowledge of standards and frameworks (ISPPIA, COBIT, COSO). Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CAATs is preferred but not required.Certifications (highly preferred) : CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIA, CISSP, or equivalent.Additional Information
