Summary
The HRIS Time Management Analyst supports and enhances our Time and Absence Management systems within the global HRIS team. This role focuses on system configuration, process improvement, and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless employee experience and efficient HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for system configuration, maintenance, and interface management
- Support Time and Absence processes, including data quality checks, workflow setup, and payroll integrations
- Document process maps, role definitions, and business requirements
- Provide production support and manage issue resolution in coordination with IT and vendors
- Test, validate, and document system enhancements or upgrades
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and external technology providers to optimize system functionality
- Recommend process and configuration improvements to drive efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
Experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management (experience with Kronos or UKG is a strong plus)Solid understanding of HR systems configuration , process improvement , and data governanceStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentBachelors degree in any 4-year course
