JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
With at least 3 years of experience in Business Process Analyst role.
Experience working in Financial - Insurance company is an advantage.
Amendable to work onsite.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist in designing new products, services, and cost-containment programs, especially in the healthcare or insurance space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine service offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Integrate market insights into solution development and service delivery.
