Job Description :

The Business Analyst will be responsible for independently gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from clients and stakeholders. This role involves direct engagement with client teams, including merchants and end-users, to understand workflows, pain points, and goals. The Business Analyst will create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that serve as the foundation for product design and development. The Senior Business Analyst will provide support, coaching, and validation, but the Business Analyst will own the requirements process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Requirements Ownership

• Lead the discovery process by conducting interviews, workshops, and research with client stakeholders, departments, and users.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities and define requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive BRDs that clearly articulate business needs, goals, and constraints.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
