Job Description

• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives.
• Drive business development and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders-pharmaceutical principals, distributors, and enterprise clients (insurance, corporates, HMOs).
• Ensure commercial synergies across different business units to optimize growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead and mentor high-performing sales, marketing, and partnership teams with clear KPIs and business goals.
• Translate market trends and competitor insights into actionable strategies that align with organizational priorities and growth plans.
• Manage annual revenue targets and P&L of multiple service lines.
• Represent the organization in key strategic negotiations and external partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Commercial Officer should have :

• 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within healthcare, hospital management, or pharma services.
• Proven success in scaling multi-site or multi-channel healthcare businesses in the Philippines.
• Strong network within pharmaceutical and corporate healthcare sectors.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple moving parts.
• Experience in driving transformation or integration across complex organizations is highly desirable.
