We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to manage a wide range of HR functions. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, training coordination, and general HR administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Handle recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires for service and kitchen staff
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance systems
- Assist payroll processing with accurate timekeeping data
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government mandates (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE)
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate training programs on customer service, food safety, and workplace conduct
- Organize employee engagement and recognition activities to boost morale
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Minimum 2-4 years HR experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, or service industriesStrong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
