Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
3+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Build talent pipelines for key positions and future hiring needs
Partner with department heads to forecast manpower requirements
Execute recruitment marketing initiatives including social media, job fairs, and campus partnerships
Improve applicant tracking systems and recruitment KPIs
Ensure compliance with labor laws in employment practices
Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
Foster a healthy employee-employer relationship through proactive engagement
Serve as the primary contact for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
Represent the company in labor-related hearings and negotiations, if necessary
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention improvement
Learning & Development
Identify training needs through performance reviews and department requests
Design and implement training plans for onboarding, skills development, and leadership training
Manage external training providers and monitor training effectiveness
Support internal knowledge-sharing programs and coaching initiatives
Performance Management & Organizational Development
Implement and maintain the company’s performance appraisal system
Guide managers in setting SMART KPIs and developmental feedback
Assist in organizational structure reviews and change management initiatives
Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with payroll team and ensure accurate employee compensation
Manage benefits programs including government-mandated and company-initiated plans
Benchmark salaries and benefits to stay competitive in the market
Handle HMO, insurance, and other vendor negotiations and administration
