Required Experience :
・Must be willing to work under the Partnered Agency (No fee).
・Bachelor's degree holder.
・At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Manager
・Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
・Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
・Must be willing to work under an agency due to company policy
・Experience in a Japanese or multinational manufacturing environment
・Proven success in policy development, employee relations, and performance management
・Ability to communicate effectively with top management and cross-functional teams

RESPONSIBILITIES :
・Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
・Manage the entire staffing process — recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
・Develop and implement safety policies and compliance programs.
・Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
・Plan and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.
・Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions.
・Develop criteria for employee assessment, retention, and benefits.
・Maintain up-to-date job descriptions in compliance with labor and government regulations.
・Create training materials and performance management systems to strengthen employee capability.
・Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and other government requirements.
・Perform other HR-related duties assigned by top management.
