We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR leader to drive organizational development and talent strategy for a leading FMCG company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic HR management, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. He / She should come from the FCMG industry

📍 Location : Muntinlupa, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : HR Organizational Development & Talent Strategy Head

What You'll Do :

🎯 Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies aligned with business goals

📈 Lead initiatives for organizational development, including workforce planning, job profiling, organizational changes

🤝 Foster a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement

🔍 Analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement

🛠️ Collaborate with leadership to enhance performance management processes

🌐 Oversee a team of 8 HR professionals

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR management or organizational development : Strong in workforce planning, job profiling, organizational changes and restructuring derived from FMCG / consumer companies

✅ Proven track record in developing successful talent strategies

✅ Has worked as an HR business partner

✅ Skilled in employee engagement (from ideation, planning to execution)

✅ Leadership experience with the capability to influence at all levels of the organization

✅ Willing to do full work on site (830 AM - 530 PM, Mondays to Fridays)
