1. Monitor and check whether the assigned motor vehicle is in good running condition.
2. Conduct an inventory of stocks from time to time to know the stock possession of the van for reloading purposes, as well as effective selling.
3. Make sure that all stocks in the van are properly handled, piled, and stacked to avoid damage. As such, you are accountable for any losses inside the van.
4. Check all the necessary paraphernalia for selling.
5. Hit the required peso volume per day and must attain at least twenty-five (25) productive calls per day.
6. Keep the collection in a safe place and see to it that van stocks are well secured
7. See to it that the daily sales report with cash collections, PDC, and credit documents should be made, completed, and submitted to the office every day for Davao-based and weekly for out-of-town coverage
8. Submit weekly van sales reports with attached supporting documents to the office first hour every Saturday.
9. Supervise and gradually train the Jr. Salesman with the Van Salesman’s job
10. Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Management
