Customer Service Representative – Banking / Financial Account
Location : Bridgetowne, Quezon City (Onsite) Schedule : Shifting Salary : ₱20,000 – ₱25,000
Qualifications : High School Graduate (Old Curriculum or ALS) with at least 1 year BPO experience
Job Responsibilities :
As a CSR for our Banking / Financial account, you will :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services
Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, card issues, and digital banking concerns
Ensure customer identity verification and compliance with financial protocols
Document interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues
Provide professional, empathetic support while maintaining data confidentiality
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
