QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business or finance

MBA or Master’s degree in Finance required (or equivalent advanced training)

At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in corporate or institutional settings with complex operations

Proven experience in :

Financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Internal controls and compliance management

System migration or digital transformation of finance processes

Stakeholder management at senior executive and board levels

Exceptional integrity, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Role Summary

The Finance Director serves leading the entire finance cluster and ensuring sound financial management, transparency, and sustainability across the company. The role combines hands‑on control and compliance functions with strategic financial leadership, supporting management and the Board in key investment, expansion, and policy decisions.

Reports to : Executive Vice President and Executive Committee

Work Setup : Full‑time, hybrid, with required onsite presence
