Chief Finance Officer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field is essential
• Preferably with master’s degree or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• With ten (10) years or more of extensive experience in financial management with a proven track record in a senior financial role
• Advance knowledge of corporate finance, financial modeling, and accounting principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to prepare financial forecasts, and experience making data-driven decisions
• Proven leadership abilities and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
