Overview
A regional consulting and advisory firm is looking for two senior professionals to join its Strategic Advisory team in Manila. In this role, you will work with C-suite leaders from large organizations across Southeast Asia to solve workforce-related challenges and deliver enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate brings both strategic insight and execution capability, with a strong focus on aligning talent strategy with measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior executives to understand critical workforce issues and define transformation priorities
- Lead diagnostic sessions and strategic workshops to co-create future-state talent and workforce strategies
- Develop tailored transformation roadmaps that address business needs through people, process, and capability interventions
- Create and present business cases that demonstrate clear value and impact from proposed strategies
- Contribute to industry thought leadership through research, content development, and executive-level events
- Support successful implementation and value realization for clients, including executive alignment and stakeholder engagement
- Proactively manage engagement quality and share insights across internal teams to strengthen advisory capabilities
Candidate Profile
8 or more years of experience in management consulting, HR strategy, business transformation, or related advisory workDemonstrated ability to lead strategic engagements with executive stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environmentsStrong foundation in workforce strategy, change management, or organization designSkilled in developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goalsExcellent communication, analytical thinking, and executive presenceHolds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related disciplineWhat You’ll Gain
