What You’ll Do
- Leverage experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture and Talent Management to deliver workforce transformation projects for global clients in collaboration with various parts of the GDS organization and other EY member firms
- Provide support in capturing industry thought leadership, organisation / process metrics benchmarking to create outstanding deliverables
- Build strong relationships and drive effective communication with client and project team counterparts across global locations
- Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

Master’s degree in HR or similar full time MBA / EMBA2-4 years of relevant experienceExperience in Organization design, Workforce planning, and Talent managementExperience in developing PoVs, sales proposals under Organization Design and Talent Management areasExperience in consulting for global Organizations, across industry in the areas of Organization Design, Workforce planning and restructuring, Talent Management, Leadership and Culture AssessmentExperience in providing solutions to clients in Organization design and driving decision making on talent management and planningIdeally, you’ll also have
Experience in determining Key People Metrics by analysing data sets & identifying trendsExperience in project management, tracking, benefits reporting and stakeholder managementExperience in Organizational change management and trainingWorking knowledge of HR systems and other cloud / ERP technologiesWhat We Look For
